There is no alternative to information and technology in building a digital Bangladesh. Kalkini Upazila Office,
Department of Information and Communication Technology is working relentlessly to spread ICT at the grassroots 
level.The Upazila Office of the Department of Information and Communication Technology of Kalkini Upazila in
Madaripur District is located on the west side of the second floor of the Upazila Parishad Bhaban. At present
Assistant Programmer is conducting the activities of the Upazila Office of the Department of Information and 
Communication Technology. Through this office, overall cooperation is being provided in the activities of e-filing
and web portal of all government departments of the upazila.
